A Good Getaway!

I really enjoyed the attentive staff. They are very kind and helpful. The entertainment team provided fun daily games and shows, especially the evening dances involving both kids and adults. I appreciated the variety of food and tasty cocktails available at the bar. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays (Christmas and New Year's Eve!).
I encountered an issue with towel service. Used towels were removed in the morning but clean ones weren't returned until 3 PM. It was not really practical when I wanted to shower after the pool.

The big pool has engaging activities. There is also a new kids club offering many entertainment options. The hotel also has a trendy club next to it, the Cozybar, perfect for nightlife (I liked it!). A taxi station is located nearby.

Dinner and breakfast presented a varied selection, with enough choices for all tastes. The freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast are great (I loved them!). Cocktails are tasty and well-prepared, so there are a lot of different options.

The spacious rooms are very very comfy and tidy. Upgrading to a pool view gave an amazing start to each day. The rooms overlook the green trees and fragrant flowers, starting the day with a beautiful feeling.

The food had many options. The chefs and waiters were great.
i found the room quite dusty and the cleaners took the towels in the morning. they didn't bring them back until around 3pm? this meant i couldn't shower after the pool until i had towels. the reception desk was also unhelpful with providing information.

my room was clean nice and comfy i had a mini fridge and a tv with netflix available it was cleaned really well daily which added to the overall comfort and convenience i enjoyed.

the indoor swimming pool is a significant highlight and a must-have amenity the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful i also enjoyed interacting with the guide they provided an amazing experience.
